Here is the Official Podejdz No Do Plota meeting and watching site for the Pulaski Day Parade. It’s 5th Avenue and East 46th Street. Right in from of the BUILD A BEAR WORKSHOP. I’ll try to get there by 12:30pm EST. We’ll hang out there until the parade has completely passed us.  The spot for the after party is still not yet set, but we should keep in touch either with Twitter or send a txt / email to chodz@podejdznodoplota.com from your phone and We’ll get it right away.
